Give it a few minutes and if your followers are following quite a few others the chances of them seeing your one tweet are minimal to say the least.
Get creative and make your business a Facebook page of it's own. This is easy to do. Once you have created your page you can add your own images and post updates as often as you like as well as adding new product ranges and offers. Build up a fan base by offering a competition prize. Add a 'Facebook Like' button to your website and get visitors to click on it by offering them an incentive. Something for free is always a good one!
